Returns and Exchange PolicyTo ensure maximum customer satisfaction, we have a 14 days return policy for *defective items received.
Please do note that we take pride in our high quality items and we do observe checks before delivery. However, if on the rare occasion, there is human error and a defective item is sent by mistake, we do sincerely apologise.
If you have received a defective item, please take a picture(s) and email us at email@example.com together with details of your purchase and we shall exchange the item with a new one. All refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that the item is out of stock, we shall either replace it with another design that is in stock at the SAME PRICE or we shall refund the purchase.
* Please note that an exchange with an item that is in stock will take up to 14 business days. Refunds of purchase will take 30 days.
